Between Yelpers raving that the "sea bass was among the five-best seafood dishes I've ever had," and OpenTable naming it a Diners' Choice Winner, we'd gladly mix surf and turf with dishes like agave-glazed mahi mahi, pistachio-almond-crusted sea bass, filet mignon, and prime steak au poiuve. Once safely docked back in Sacramento, you can tell the heroic tales from your meal -- and unlike Santiago, you palate (and wallet) will have won.
